Ka'u Field trip Agenda
The Hilo Van will leave at 7:30 from the Boys and Girls Club in Hilo and will make a stop at the Keaʻau Ace hardware at 7:50. On the return route we will arrive in Keaʻau at 2:10 and be to the Boys and Girls club by 2:30.
The Waikoloa Van (YAY) will depart Waikoloa Village Hipuu Site at 6:30, and Make a stop at 7:15 at Makalapua (Kailua Kona) in front of the movie theatre. On the return trip the the van will be in Kailua at 2:45 and in Waikoloa Village at 3:30.
Students should bring a sack lunch and have clothing that is appropriate for tide pooling. We are not swimming, but flip flops or water shoes are ok.
We will arrive in Punaʻluu at 9:00 AM and we will leave at 1:00 PM. Please bring a sack lunch and shoes for hiking. We will not be swimming in the ocean on this trip.
